Formaje, located in the neighbourhood of Chamberí, was born to promote the celebration of artisan cheese and encourage its appreciation. Clara Diez and Adrián Pellejo, its founders, enter the world of cheese crafts to learn about their particularities both inside and outside of Spain, working hand in hand with producers and other figures within the sector. They create spaces that allow knowing the exciting cultural value of cheese crafts and facilitate access to its consumption with good practices, understanding excellence as a constant improvement of the processes that directly impact the final result.

Illustrator Sofía Borovskaia, represents Formaje with a microbiological characterisation that simulates the process of making cheese, developing an illustration that invites you to live its story. Her visual language presents recognisable signs in her eclectic works such as Klein blue, few simple lines and a fun lettering that brings great movement to the design.
